Where Paystack or another third-party payment provider is used, payment processing is subject to that provider’s terms and security procedures.
Customers should never send their card PIN, password, OTP or other confidential banking credentials to Fabbie Beauty.

We deliver orders within Nigeria through available delivery and logistics partners.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays, traffic, operational disruptions and other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Fabbie Beauty will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address or contact information supplied by the customer.
Additional delivery information and applicable charges may be displayed at checkout or communicated before order fulfilment.
9. Inspection on Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect their packages upon delivery.
If an item appears damaged, incorrect or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs or videos of the package and product.
This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
